I do not recommend this practice for Invisalign treatment. Staff was friendly and professional but borderline condescending. They consistently misread me and were passive aggressive with their comments regarding what they perceived to be my displeasure with the treatment timeline. I had no issues with timeline; this was a projection on their part. Early in my treatment multiple attachments fell off while I was at home so I had to return to their office on two separate occasions so that the attachments could be re-bonded. The dentist really struggled with this. My treatment was completed several months ago; however, I still experience very uncomfortable tooth sensitivity on my right big tooth (#8) where there was an attachment bonded and a micro-scratch was left by them after the attachment was polished. In addition, after all attachments were removed, I later noticed leftover dental bonding material on two of my teeth. Occasionally, food gets stuck on the leftover material. Finally, even though I followed all after-care instructions provided, the retainer that I was digitally fitted for did not adequately retain the positioning of my bottom front teeth, which was the primary proble

The staff were very kind and friendly. My hygienist walked me through what she was doing and why, and took time to discuss any concerns or questions I had without rushing through the process. This was the most painless, enjoyable dentist visit I've had to date. I highly recommend them!! (There is a super friendly chill dog, which I loved, but for those with allergies, a friendly fyi.)

This was my first visit to North Hills Dentistry after going to the same practice for almost five years. I was looking for an office with consistency and little to no turnover, issues I was running into elsewhere. The staff is so friendly and I immediately knew I was in the right place when I saw there was an office dog. Megan is so welcoming and an energetic joy, and Heidi and Dr. Glass made me feel very taken care of. I'm confident I will continue my care with North Hills Dentistry!

Heidi took her time and explained every procedure as she evaluated and cleaned my teeth; she was amazing. I was referred to Dr Heberer by my previous dentist and he proved to be personable yet very professional and very, very smart! Iβm here for the rest of my days!!β€οΈ
